A complete gutting of an existing downtown skyscraper and a reconfiguring of every single floor into 25 Ritz Carlton Residences ranging from $800,000 to more than $6 million and 8000+ square feet of ground floor retail space. This has been accomplished in an astonishing time frame; currently, the project is nearing completion with steady sales of the residences based on our mock-up sales unit. We have recently been awarded an expansion of the project which will be seen here in late summer 2007, a prestigious restaurant in the prime retail space on the first floor.
