We have had success in finding and developing residential and commercial opportunities in "fringe" towns that are outside the scope of national, "publicly traded" housing mills. We look for spacious lots, abundant water and land, a lack of existing commercial infrastructure and a closeness to nearby high-traffic and high-dollar residential communities where local people are often completely out-priced when it is time to move out or move on. The Verde Valley in Arizona is such a place where these elements, along with moderate weather, exist in proximity to Edna, a nationally renowned tourist attraction that has become an extremely high-end housing market. Its entrenched residents have been surrounded with new development, land has become scarce and with demand high, prices have soared beyond imagination. in a town that is exploding with growth in most segments of the housing market, we are concentrating on executive and professional housing and one-and two-story commercial buildings. We currently are in various stages of development on more than 26 individual housing projects.
